Wayne Gullatt is a graduate of Mercer University, Macon, Georgia, in 1972 with a degree in mathematics and has been a member of the Macon executive and employee benefits community since the early 1970’s. He was one of the first brokers to install a self-funded medical plan in Macon.

He has built a practice over many years by working with all size groups helping business owners and professionals design employee benefit programs that enable them to recruit and retain qualified employees.

Wayne has been/is active in numerous charitable, community and social organizations including the Macon Rotary Club, the American College of Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) since 1977, the American College of Chartered Financial Consultants (ChFC) since 1983, a member and past president of the Macon Chapter of CLU’s and ChFC’s, a member and past board member of the Macon Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, a member of the Macon and National Association of Health Underwriters and a member of the Macon Estate Planning Council.

Jim Shipley is a graduate of Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma City, OK in 1968, with a B.S. in Business Administration, graduating as “Outstanding Senior in the School of Business.” After a few years in the U.S. Navy, he worked in the trust department of a Macon bank and then entered the insurance business in 1972, earning the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) in 1976 and is a past member of life insurance’s “Million Dollar Roundtable.”

Jim has been involved in a number of charitable and civic organizations over the years, including being awarded the Perry Kiwanis Club “Man of the Year.” He is a past member of the Perry mayor’s committee for planning and community growth.

Kimberly Grimes joined us in January 2012. As a licensed professional, she has worked in the insurance field since 1991. She specializes in administering Medicare and a wide range of Individual/Family Health benefits. Kimberly has developed an expertise in serving the needs of our clients who are facing the confusing maze of Medicare options and Medicare related policies. She is AHIP certified with all of the major Medicare providers and a member of NABIP.

Aimee Talbert is a graduate of Georgia College and State University with a B.B.A. Degree in Business Administration, majoring in management. As a licensed professional, she has worked in the field of benefit administration since 1998 and specializes in administering group employee benefits.

Aimee has developed an expertise in serving the needs of our clients who are confronted with the complex issues of human resource administration and the compliance questions in this changing benefits environment.
